This Beef Stew Seasoning guarantees you’ll get a bowl of stew with a thick, flavorful gravy every time.To Use: Cut 1- 1.5 lbs. beef into bite size cubes. Coat the beef pieces with the contents of the need stew seasoning packet and brown in pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes, turning often until the outside of the meat is nicely browned. Add the prepared meat and any remaining seasoning to a crock pot along with diced onion, carrots, potatoes, 1 cup of Guinness beer or beef stock, and 1 cup water. Simmer for 4 hours on high or low for 7 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving. If needed, season to taste with Little Somethin’ Somethin’ and enjoy!
