If Cooking Pasta In the Instant PotAdd the Penne to the instant pot and make sure it is fully submerged in the liquid. Cover the instant Pot, making sure the vent is closed and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Natural release 5 minutes, then quick release.
If Cooking Pasta SeparatelyCook according to package directions, until al-dente and drain. Add the pasta to the pot after released and stir to combine. Serve with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
